Disassemble the router using KB article: CAP ax mikroTik router disassembling

Tools Required:
  1. Multimeter (with DC voltage and resistance (ohm) settings)
  2. Plastic prying tools.
  3. Screwdrivers.
Instruction for checking over- voltage

Checking Schottky diode and diode bridge:

  1. Identify the location of diodes on the board.
  2. D2 and D14 are Shcottky diodes, D5 is diode bridge.
Check the value of termination resistors resistance: Value should be 75 Ohms












Checking Voltage drop value between using ethernet transformers pin and ground: 
Checking voltage drop value between Ethernet Transformers TR200 and TR201 and Ground.
Voltage drop value should be in the range 0.35V and 0.40V
