KB 184007 - How to register online case with Supermicro

Use the following link to go on the support platform of Supermicro.
https://webpr3.supermicro.com/SupportPortal/Default

1: Create an account try to use your office mail ID as we will get all the case info on registered mail ID.




2: Add all details and registered the account.



3: Sign in to the account





4: After signing in we will get following Dashboard




5: Fill the all required details specially serial number. after putting correct serial number it will automatically shows the product Name.

6: Put Product Specs if we have any like CPU, BIOS etc.,



7: Attached Photos or Docs if available which shows error message.



8: Click on submit once all the information is filled.
