New RMA Request - Supermicro

RMA Claim Request Submission 

For all Supermicro products sold by MBUZZ, the RMA claim must be handled by MBUZZ. MBUZZ must supply the following information to Supermicro to obtain an RMA Claim number. 

  1. Invoice date  

  1. Invoice number  

  1. Product model name  

  1. Serial number 

  1. Reason for return

  2.   

Note: RMA number will become void if the product it covers is not received by Supermicro within 30 days after the RMA number is issued.  

When returning a product for RMA, Customer must ship with freight prepaid, include in the box a copy of the original invoice and a detailed note describing the problem.  

Customer must also make sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box. All RMAs must be returned in the products' original packaging. 

Submit RMA Request by filling RMA form in the Supermicro Portal.

Add relevant information. 


Step 3: 

Follow the instruction.

 

Step 4: 

Provide all the parts details which you are requesting for RMA Claim. And click on "Continue to Step 2". 


Step 5: 

Provide Billing & Shipping Address Details and submit the request. 

Step 6: 
RMA Number will be generated and sent mail to Case Owner & follow the instruction given in the mail and ship the faulty unit.

Additional Information:

Shipping Terms 

Supermicro supports only one way shipping i.e., from Supermicro > MBUZZ or Customer premises. The other way from MBUZZ > Supermicro MBUZZ will be responsible. 

Advanced Parts Replacement 

Supermicro ARS product support can be done for 1st Year if the full server assembled in Supermicro factory. Supermicro TAC team insist to go ARS, Based on approval need to raise RMA request by MBUZZ.
