How to Apply ASRock RMA

Steps to apply RMA of ASRock devices
  1. Login to ASRock RMA portal, click here Link.
  2. Provide the credentials.

  1. After login you will receive 5 option
  2. Apply for RMA : if you want to register new RMA.
  3. RMA In Application : if you want to check status of on going RMA or for any process.
  4. View RMA History : if you want to check completed RMA history
  5. Profile : want to check/modify user account details.
  6. Logout : to exit from account.


  1. For Apply RMA you have 2 option 
  2. 1. If you want to apply for single unit, provide the S/N of the device and problem description, then click on "ADD".
  3. 2. If you have multiple/bulk device then you have option to upload CSV file.
  4. After providing S/N click on "Next Check Status".

  1. Provide the address details in left pane, 
  2. Provide the MBUZZ purchase invoice in Right pane.
  3. Then click on "Next Apply for RMA"

  1. It will create the RMA and will go to pending state for while.
  2. Once RMA is approved by ASRock you can see approved RMA in "RMA in Application"

  1. Once RMA is approved registered mail will receive a confirmation mail then you can proceed to ship faulty device to ASRock location for repair service. 
  2. MBUZZ will pay freight/insurance & custom duties/fees for returning RMA to ASRock and ASRock will pay the same for Replacement RMA shipments.
