Submitting an RMA claim

In order to provide better support for your issue, we will need to gather more information before we can proceed. Please provide details requested below:

Fill the RMA Form (see attachment) and specify :
  1. Device Model number
  2. Device Serial number
  3. Description of the issue
Attach and upload:
  1. Duly filled RMA sheet (see attachment)
  2. Submit copy of Proof of Purchase (Invoice copy)
  3. Picture of the units
  4. Video showing the issue (if relevant)
