In order to provide better support for your issue, we will need to gather more information before we can proceed. Please provide details requested below:
Fill the RMA Form (see attachment) and specify :- Device Model number
- Device Serial number
- Description of the issue
Attach and upload:- Duly filled RMA sheet (see attachment)
- Submit copy of Proof of Purchase (Invoice copy)
- Picture of the units
- Video showing the issue (if relevant)
