How to get RMA Claim from ASRock
ASRock is a brand to manufacture Motherboards and its a worlds third largest motherboard manufacturing company. ASRock follow standard process to get RMA Claim and can be processed with repair or replacement.
MBUZZ is the distributer for ASRock product like Motherboard, Graphic cards.
Below is the Standard procedure to get RMA Claim.
- ASRock RMA request has to send through portal https://csd.asrock.com/
- Please Log In to the account to raise RMA Case.
- Click on apply for RMA +
- Apply for RMA:
- Click on apply for RMA, can find below screen to enter RMA list details.
- Enter the serial number and problem description
to add in the approval list
- If its bulk qty can upload Excel.CSV file
- Confirm your RMA product and submit to get your
RMA Number.
- RMA application details seen as below.

- Please find the Shipping address and
confirmation details

- Please send your RMA goods to SuZhou Eplus Technology co.,Ltd.
The "Consignee" on packing list, Waybill should be as follows:

Shipping term: ASRock will also ship back in door to door term. Freight Prepaid.
Packing
- Please return the products as specified by ASRock in their original packing
or equivalent. No cable, manual, CD and accessory shall be included.
- Please label the RMA NO on the box.
- Please enclose the packing list and invoice into first carton.
- Please do not return the goods lack of BIOS, HEAT SINK, BATTERY, CHIPSET, MOSFET, IC and CONNECTOR.
Return to customer
- After repairing, the RMA will be returned to you.
- We will return your goods reciprocally as the same way you did.
ASRock reserves the right to revise all RMA process
without promptly notifying the customer.
