Create an account or log in to the existing account for vendor support
- Support center
Go to Support page
Click on Case Portal

Select Create a case
Provide the required details including model No, Serial NO, Issue descriptions, attachments contact details etc..

We can send our concerns thorough their case portal , also we can find our created cases in "my cases" field .

Select the required filed
