How to trigger a Support Bundle on NetApp Appliance
Purpose
This article provides the steps to collect and trigger a full support bundle on a NetApp Storage Appliance.
Support Bundles are used to collect diagnostics data for troubleshooting performance, connectivity, or I/O issues.
Steps
- Login to the NetApp's web-based management interface SANtricity System Manager
- Inside SANtricity, on the left-hand Navigation pane, select the Support option
- Click "Support Center"
- Inside Support Center select 'Diagnostics' tab
- Select "Collect Support Data" option and click 'Collect'
- The Support Bundle File will be downloaded
