Export Control for NVDIA GPUs

(some of these products are eligible for the new notified Advanced computing (NAC) license exception

  1. Performance ThresholdsThe classification applies to products that exceed certain performance thresholds. These thresholds are defined by the U.S. Department of Commerce and are designed to control the export of items that could be used in advanced computing and AI applications.
  1. Export RestrictionsThe U.S. government has imposed additional licensing requirements for exporting these items to certain countries, including China and other specified groups. A full list of the restricted countries can be found in Supplement_1 to part 740 of the US Export Administration regulations specifically those countries marked as D:1 D:4 and D:5 (but note that this excludes Israel and Cyprus). Restricted Countries list
