KSA - 3PL Collection / Deliver Request (Ajex)

Ajex- Request to Arrange Collection Delivery

  1. Purpose:

This article explains the process for arranging the Pick up of a customer's device to Service center.
  1. Process:

    1. Step 2: To arrange RMA or new booking click on Create booking.




    2. Step 3:  As shown in below picture 

      1.  Under Product select Domestic Road Express.
      2. Fill the Number of Box : as 1
      3. Enter RMA ticket number in reference number.
      4. Fill Shipping details along with Pick up date and time as per customers contact details and consignee as per our KSA address.

    1.  Step 4:  As shown in below Picture: 

      1. Under Total Pieces  select ' 1 ' Weight 1KG
      2. Fill the Other details :  Customer contact details or special note
      3. Enter RMA ticket number in reference number.
      4. Fill Shipping details as per customers contact details and consignee as per our KSA address.
    1. Step 5: Commodity Description : Computer Components

    2. Step 6: Click Save

      1. Once the booking request is saved the AWB number will be generated
    3. Step 7: Share the AWB with customer.
