Ajex- Request to Arrange Collection Delivery
Purpose:
This
article explains the process for arranging the Pick up of a customer's
device to Service center.
Process:
Step 1: Goto Ajex
Portal and
login using credential
http://customer-aims.aj-ex.com:4007
(web link for Ajex
portal)
Step 2: To arrange RMA or new booking click on
Create booking.

Step 3: As shown in below picture
Under Product select Domestic Road Express.
Fill
the Number
of Box : as
1
Enter
RMA ticket number in reference number.
Fill
Shipping details along with Pick up date and time as per customers contact
details and consignee as per our KSA address.
Step
4: As
shown in below Picture:
Under
Total
Pieces select ' 1 ' Weight 1KG
Fill
the Other
details : Customer contact details or special note
Enter
RMA ticket number in reference number.
Fill
Shipping details as per customers contact details and consignee as per our KSA
address.
Step
5:
Commodity Description : Computer Components
Step 6:
Click Save
Once the booking request is saved the AWB
number will be generated
Step 7:
Share the AWB with customer.
