Ans : Using E-Commerce's invoice or Amazon ID in MBUZZ invoice (for more detail reach out to Mr. Mohammed Hafiz)
Q4. SAP account name in MBUZZ invoice for E-commerce customer?
Ans : MediaCity (souq.com)
Q5. When customer can reach out to MBUZZ?
Ans : After 30 days of invoice date ( before 30 days E-commerce partner will handle)
Q6. What solution we will provide to the customer?
Ans : GI / Refund or Repair
Refund - Refund will be provided in cash ( Transfer will be accept in special case)
Repair - Return the device after repair. If the repair is not completed in given time or time is not ready to wait for repair then take the approval for replacement from management.
