How to Apply RMA case in Asus UCS portal

Steps to create RMA case in Asus UCS portal

  1. Login to Asus UCS portal LINK.
  2. Provide the credentials and login to account.
 
  1. Select "Repair" service in drop down in left pane (Shown in the image).
  2. Select Operation > Apply RMA > Click on "Create RMA".
  3. RMA page will open, provide the all details.
  4. Click on Repair and provide the RMA Reason.
  5. Select the shipping type.
  6. Carry in/out, PUR in/out, or OSS.

  1. To Apply Advance replacement service select "Swap(New).
  2. Then select "ARS".

  1. Provide the S/N of faulty device.
  2. And hit enter to provide other details.

  1. Check the warranty and proceed further.
  2. Provide the device problem ( Claim Code) and click on "Add Claim Code".
  3. Then click on "Submit".

  1. Provide the customer details and other necessary details.
  2. Then click on "Create" button on top right corner.


  1. RMA no will generate and ready for repair.
