Troubleshooting steps if the touchpad of the ASUS Laptop is not working.

These are the steps we can follow if the touchpad is not working.

  1. Make sure the Touchpad hotkey is enabled.
  2. Check the hotkey location whether there is [Touchpad hotkey] on your keyboard, it is located on the F6 or F9 key usually.

  4. Type and search [Touchpad settings] in the Windows search bar, then select [Open]

  6. Make sure the Touchpad function is [On]
