O365 configuration and activation - Redeem the microsoft office key

1. Redeem the Office Key

  1. Go to
    https://setup.office.com

  2. Sign in with your Microsoft ID.

  3. Enter the 25-character Office product key.

  4. Click Next and complete the activation.

2. Map the Key to the Microsoft Account

  • Once redeemed, the Office license will be linked automatically to that Microsoft ID.

3. Install Office on Laptop

  1. Go to
    https://account.microsoft.com/services
    .

  2. Sign in with the same Microsoft ID.

  3. Find Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 in the list.

  4. Click Install.

4. Run the Installer

  1. Open the downloaded OfficeSetup.exe.

  2. Allow the installation to complete.

5. Activate Office

  1. Open any Office app (Word / Excel).

  2. Sign in with the same Microsoft ID to activate.

✅ Office is now installed and activated on the laptop.
