How to enable email forwarding in Microsoft 365 Exchange admin center

Email forwarding in MS 365 admin center

Follow the below steps to enable email forwarding.
  1. Navigate to the below URL -->
    https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com
  2. Select the Recipients from left sidebar menu --> and navigate to Mailboxes -->
  3. Search the required mailbox to enable the Mail forwarding -->
  4. Click on the email address --> will appear another window -->



  5. Select the Mailbox menu from top -->
  6. Click on Manage email forwarding -->


  7. Turn on the option to forward all emails -->
  8. Provide the email address (internal or external) --> Before adding the email address enter smtp: example below --> 
    Eg:- smtp:emailaddress@domainname.suffixes 
  9. Save the changes and test the email forwarding.
