  1. Serial number (ATPO) - See Image
  2. Batch number (FPO) - Optional - See Image
  3. Invoice copy  
  4. Clear picture of processor with SN and Batch number



Fill the RMA Form with the following details

  1. Device Model number
  2. Device Serial number
  3. Description of the issue
