  1. Take a confirmation or SOA from the finance and carefully review the CMs are posted against your account. If you find any difficulties in understanding the statement can reach out to AM or finance department.
  2. Inform respective AM(Account Manager) to share SQ based on your requirements.
  3. Submit the SQ with stamp & signature as a confirmation.
  4. Review the adjustment to ensure it matches the credit amount you want to claim for new purchase.
  5. Double-check with AM that the credit memo has been applied to the correct transaction.
  6. When you make your purchase , the credit amount should automatically be deducted from your total. Verify this deduction in your purchase summary or invoice.
  7. After the completion of transaction you can ask Finance department to share new SOA.
