Follow the below steps to narrow down the issue:

  1. To disconnect your work or school account in Settings. Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school > Select your account, disconnect, and then try again after the restart.



  2. Removed your account from Credential Manager. Go to Credential Manager > Windows Credential > Select your account and Remove.
