Proof of purchase is a copy of your receipt from the place you purchased the device that enables us to determine the date of purchase. Most retailers will provide either a paper or digital receipt. or both. Pictures of the box or sales quotes are not accepted as PoP.
MBUZZ accepts the following items are Proof of Purchase
A copy of sales receipt or shipping invoice from an authorized reseller with reseller validation that lists the following information:
1. Customer or company name
2. Reseller name and address
3. Purchase date
4. Purchase price
Note: if there is a customer or company name on the proof of purchase, it must match your name or the company name in your account in order to be valid. Retail receipts without a company or individual name is acceptable.
If the proof of purchase you received doesn't include the information above, contact the reseller for a proof of purchase copy /duplicate.
The following items do not qualify as Proof or Purchase:
a. Purchase Orders, Quotes, Sales listing or Delivery Note
b. Receipts that are handwritten , type or created with word processor
c. Receipts from purchases made on internet sales or auction sites from any third party who is not an Authorized MBUZZ reseller
d. A serial number
