KB 630017 - UNV Wi-Fi CCTV Kit – Wireless range, Weak Signal

 

 
 
End user claimed cameras are not working beyond 3-5 meters and returned the product to the reseller, Green Zone. They returned the items to us under RMA # 871 

Upon testing, the Service center found no issues with wireless connectivity or range. 
 
The NVR can take some time to initialize the wireless cameras (3-5 mins), during this time it can show messages like "weak signal" 
 
During this period the wireless units and NVR are intialising beamforming and optimising channels based on the environment.  Specs:
