Burn-in Test.

This helps to prevent overheating, crashes, and other issues that can lead to data loss or hardware damage.
  3. During a burn test, the CPU, GPU, RAM, and other components are pushed to their limits using specialized software. This helps identify any potential issues with the hardware and allows for adjustments to be made to prevent future problems. By conducting a burn test, you can ensure that your PC is running smoothly and avoid costly repairs down the line.
  4. To conduct a burn test, you will need to download a stress testing program like PC Doctor or FurMark. These programs will push your computer's components to their limits to see if they can handle the stress.
  5. Before starting the test, make sure to close all other programs and applications to ensure accurate results. It is also recommended to monitor your computer's temperature during the test to prevent overheating and potential damage to your hardware.

System test

System information

  1. When we connect the PC doctor tool to a system it automatically identify/collect all system information’s.
  2. When we perform/complete a test system information’s will automatically store as a file in PC doctor tool, which is helpful for future reference.
  3. What all the components detected will be shown in the system information.





Boot test

  1. Booting test is the process of checking a computer's hardware and software components to ensure that they are functioning properly before the operating system is loaded. It is an essential step in maintaining the health of your PC and ensuring that it runs smoothly.
  2. When you turn on your computer, the booting process begins. The computer performs a series of tests to check if all the hardware components are working properly. If any issues are detected, the computer will display an error message. By performing regular booting tests, you can identify these issues early on and prevent them from causing more serious problems down the line.
  3. The power-on self-test (POST) is the test that is performed when a PC is turned on. It checks the hardware components of the PC, such as the CPU, memory, and hard drive, to ensure that they are functioning properly. If any issues are detected during this test, an error message will be displayed on the screen.
  4. In the boot test, power on the system and ensure that the booting processes goes properly and Check that the components are detected in the bios utility mode.

 

Cable management


  1. Proper cable management not only improves the aesthetics of your PC, but it also has practical benefits. By organizing cables and keeping them out of the way of airflow, you can improve the cooling performance of your system. This can lead to lower temperatures and better overall performance. Additionally, organized cables make it easier to access components for maintenance or upgrades.
  2. Another advantage of cable management is that it reduces the risk of electrical shorts or other malfunctions caused by loose or tangled cables. By keeping cables organized and secured, you can avoid potential damage to your hardware and ensure that your system runs smoothly.
  3. Tools for Cable Management

  4. The first tool you'll need is a set of cable ties. These come in various sizes and colors, and are used to bundle cables together neatly. Make sure to choose ties that are strong enough to hold your cables in place, but not so tight that they damage them.


  1. Next, you'll need some cable clips. These are small plastic clips that can used for arranging cables.
 


  1.  Go for cable management after connecting all of the components and connections in the custom build process.
  2. Cable ties and cable clips are used to organize the cables in the cabin during the cable management process.


 

Physical inspection

 
  1. Before shipping the system, physically inspect all components and accessories to ensure that they are all included without any failure.
