Plustek A350 Scanner - Configuration Option Missing
How to restore the Configuration option back on the main menu screen
Customers may reportedly complain that a configuration option is missing and take various actions or steps like as restarts, driver updates, setting resets, and so on. But in reality, that is not a workable option.
For such kind of issues please follow below steps to recover Configuration Option.
- Check where was the Configuration option was before it disappeared.
- Generally, the Configuration option will be seen on bottom left corner of a screen.
- Long press 5-10sec on the bottom left corner of a screen as below mentioned picture.
You can see the Configuration option on screen, It works.
