Outlook Profile Resetting & Recover email
How to reset the Outlook profile when the outlook crash
- Open the control panel & select mail.
- Select Show profile
- "Add" new profile with different name,
- if you don't want the old one then you can select the profile and delete the profile using "Remove" button, then add new profile with different name.
- Provide the name and click "Ok" (Profile name should not same as to older one)
- Fill the field listed below and click "Next"
- Or choose the manual setup and "Next"
- Provide the mail address with domain ('mail.id@mbuzztech.com')
- Now the new profile added, it will take some time to load and update the folder.
for updating the folder navigate to "Send/Receive" --> click on "Update folder"
How to recover the deleted email from the server
Deleted Items
- Select the 'Home' -->
- Navigate to 'Deleted Items' -->
- Click on 'Recover Deleted Items from Server Actions' -->
- Select the email needs to recover by date of delete, sent date or the subject etc..
Outbox
Note: Same way you can recover the mail from your outbox--> follow the below steps
- Select the 'All Outlook Items' --> Search 'folderpath:outbox'
- Click on 'Find more on the server'
