How to invite a new NVIDIA Air user and login to NVIDIA Air

New User Creation

For inviting a new user inside the organization, Please follow the below steps from Admin User
  1. Log in to https://air.nvidia.com/
  2. Navigate to Organizations
  3. Click on Add Members
  4. Type the user email address
  5. Select the role as Admin or Member
  6. Click on Save
The new user will receive an authentication email in their inbox. They need to click on Activate to complete the process.

Configuring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

After the user activates their account, they will be prompted to set up MFA during their first login.
  1. Install an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or a similar app on their mobile device.
  2. Scan the QR code displayed on the NVIDIA AIR login screen using the app.
  3. Enter the verification code generated by the app to complete the MFA setup.

Login to NVIDIA 

  1. Login to NVIDIA Air with Email: https://air.nvidia.com/login
  2. Enter the password and MFA code
  3. Now we will be able to access the simulations
