How to invite a new NVIDIA Air user and login to NVIDIA Air

New User Creation
For inviting a new user inside the organization, Please follow the below steps from Admin User
- Log in to https://air.nvidia.com/
- Navigate to Organizations
- Click on Add Members
- Type the user email address
- Select the role as Admin or Member
- Click on Save
The new user will receive an authentication email in their inbox. They need to click on Activate to complete the process.
Configuring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
After the user activates their account, they will be prompted to set up MFA during their first login.
- Install an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or a similar app on their mobile device.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the NVIDIA AIR login screen using the app.
- Enter the verification code generated by the app to complete the MFA setup.
Login to NVIDIA
- Login to NVIDIA Air with Email: https://air.nvidia.com/login
- Enter the password and MFA code
- Now we will be able to access the simulations
