Overview 

  1. Gather all necessary tools required for the coolant refill process. 

  1. Connect the coolant pump to a power source. 

  1. Attach the liquid outlet to the CDU fill point.

    1. 1. Connect the coolant pump’s liquid inlet and the CDU drain point to the coolant can. 

    2. ​

    1. Once all connections are secured, turn on the pump to begin coolant filling. 

    2. ​

    1. Continue the process until no air bubbles are visible in the filling pipes and the coolant manifold level indicators display solid green.

    1. After the liquid has completely filled, turn off the pump. Remove the drain pipe first, followed by the fill point. 

    1. Reinstall the plastic caps onto both the CDU fill and drain points. 

    1. Verify that the CDU display shows a valid coolant level. 

    2. ​

     

  8. ​

    1. Upon completing the process, clean any spilled coolant from the floor and devices using liquid-absorbing tissues. 

    1. Immediately wash your hands if direct contact with coolant occurs.
