Checking if your Lexar Product is under Warranty

Only defects that occur from regular use are covered by the warranty.
This Article is intended for Lexar customers who purchase products through MBUZZ and wants to claim the warranty and is not applicable for non-Lexar products.

Checking if your product is under warranty

There are two methods to check whether the Lexar product is under warranty or not.

1. By Verifying Proof of Purchase (Invoice)

If the customer purchased LJDD35C064G-BNBNG on 1st May 2022, they could claim warranty by submitting proof of purchase i.e., a copy of the MBUZZ Invoice.
In this case, since D35C’s warranty is 2 years, and this USB is under warranty until 1st May 2024, regardless of its date of production.

2. Using the Date of Production of the Device.

If the customer purchased LJDD35C064G-BNBNG on 1st May 2022 but they did not provide the MBUZZ invoice, you can read the batch number on the USB to check the production date.

For example, If the batch number shows 3721H, it means the USB was made in 2021, week 37, The USB will be within its warranty period, of 2 years, until week 37 of year 2023.
