Issue:

Keyboard Enter button not working.

Cause:

The issue was caused due to pending system updates which affected the keyboard driver functionality.

Resolution: 

The issue was resolved after updating the system to the latest available updates.


Steps to Perform System Update:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Windows Update.
  3. Click Check for Updates
  4. Install all available updates
  5. Restart the system after the updates are installed

Ensure that Windows Updates are installed regularly.
