KB 237074 - How To Check Pending Orders & Accept Received Orders

This document will help to get Knowledge on how to know pending orders.

Step1:

  1. Login to the UCS Portal https://ucs-eu.asus.com/
  2. Use the Login Credentials to login.

Step2:

  1. Select Option ELM from the Menu Bar as shown below.
  2. Click on Inventory.
  3. Choose the option Local - Inventory Process.
  4. Select again Tran Order Info.
  5. Click on Inbound On the way List 
  6. And finally hit on search button.
You will get all the inventory shipment details which are in pipeline.  



Receiving the Shipment in UCS Portal:

  1. Receive the parts by selecting individual items after doing physical inspection once receive the shipment at our WH.
  2. And click on Received option, that particular part qty will be added in the UCS Inventory. 
  3. Can also download the file by clicking on Download.
