Idea
Solution​

To enable auto power on, we need to make some changes in the BIOS setting .
  1. Go to the Chipset menu in the BIOS setting
  2. From the chipset menu, select SOC Configuration 
  3. In the SOC Configuration menu, scroll down to Restore AC Power Loss tab and change the status to Power On (in some versions of BIOS, the function location will be different, please refer to Pics 1 & 2).
  4. Save the BIOS settings once you have completed the part.
