How to turn off Root cause analysis on Site 24x7
Follow the below steps to turn off the root cause analysis.
Disabling the root cause analysis notification for specific time interval is currently not available. However if you wish to not receive root cause analysis report via email, then you can disable by choosing the "Send root cause analysis report by email when monitor is down" as "No" in the notification profile associated for your monitor
Navigate to the Site 24x7 -> login ->
Admin > Configuration profiles -> Notification profile -> (Click on the notification profile attached to your monitor) >
Choose "Send root cause analysis report by email when the monitor is down" as "No" > and "Save"
