Demo-WH and Experience Center-WH
Demo Warehouse
Items in the Demo Warehouse are products which are:
- Sponsored by Vendors
- Removed from Inventory for Sales demonstrations or PoCs.
- Issued to customers for a Demo or as a Sample
- Which is tracked, until return, by the Sales Support Team.
All items in the Demo Warehouse are asset tagged by the Sales Support Team on top of the inventory management done by the Supply Chain team through SAP.

Certain Demo units involve integrated items such as a Barebones mini-PC which can include additional memory and storage inside it. Although these items appear as individual components in SAP, it is tagged as a single item
Experience Center Warehouse
Experience Center warehouse consist of boxed products that are in display at storefronts or podiums. This warehouse is a subset of the Sales inventory. That is, items located here are sellable.
Items in the experience center are rotated and changed as products get sold out and new ones are launched.
